Our research

The research in our lab examines the intricate relationship between cell types and brain function, focusing on the visual system in fish. We explore pathways in comparative neuroscience, transcriptomics, animal behavior, and visual ecology to understand how neuronal building blocks and transcriptional programs are utilized for different sensory and behavioral requirements.
